Head Protection
A certified helmet is the one piece you shouldn't skip - protection for the head with cage or visor options, and many leagues require it. Part of our protection range.
How to choose: match the helmet to your head measurement and adjust for a snug, level fit that doesn't shift; add a cage for full-face protection or a visor for eye protection with more airflow.
Most leagues require a helmet for minor players and many adult leagues require one too. A helmet with a cage or visor protects your head and face from sticks, the ball and falls on the sport court.
A full cage offers the most protection and is mandatory for minor players. Adults often choose a cage or a visor like the CCM VRPRO. A cage is cooler and doesn't fog, which is a big plus outdoors.
Measure your head circumference just above your eyebrows. Compare it with the helmet's size chart and adjust the helmet so it sits snugly without moving when you shake your head.
Replace your helmet after any major impact or if the shell is cracked or the padding is compressed. Complete your kit with gloves and shin guards.
