Sticks
The stick is the heart of your game. Shop dek hockey and ball hockey sticks from Warrior, Knapper, Passau and more, sized by age and height: senior for adults, intermediate for teens, junior for kids, and youth for the youngest players.
How to choose: stand the stick up - it should reach between your chin and nose in shoes. Match the flex to your size and strength (lower flex bends easier for lighter players), and pick a curve you're comfortable with. Ball hockey sticks use a tough ABS or composite blade built to survive pavement.

Stand the stick on its blade - it should reach between your chin and nose in shoes. Use senior for adults, intermediate for teens, junior for kids, and youth for the youngest players.
Ball hockey sticks use a tough ABS or composite blade built to slide on pavement without wearing down, where an ice blade would shred. Otherwise, sizing and flex work the same way.
Match flex to your weight and strength - lighter players want a lower flex that loads easily, stronger players a higher flex. A good rule is roughly half your body weight in pounds as a starting flex number.
